It’s not often that a hobby I have truly encapsulates me. I started photography in June of 2024. Although I have not been doing it too long, the joy photography gives me, specifically nature and wildlife, can not be understated. Waking up just before the sun rose and adventuring out into nature is a highlight whenever I’m able to do it. Being surrounded by the mesmerizing colors of nature and the sounds of lively wildlife is an incredible experience; and It is very easy to overlook how pretty and elegant many seemingly ordinary things are in the world. Wildlife photography has made me appreciate nature a lot more, even If I don’t have my camera with me, I will still momentarily stop and take in a scenic landscape, I’m extremely grateful that I discovered this hobby, and am excited to see where my photography journey takes me.
